- Monitors and inspects the activities of the members.
- Performs internal audit of the Association.
- Monitors related regulations, proposes changes in the existing or draft regulations.

- Manages media correspondence and public relations.
- Organizes national and international meetings, seminars and conferences.
- Promotes activities of the Association.
- Designs and runs investor education program.
Financial Technologies and Digital Transformation Department
- Monitoring and researching national and international developments related to digitalization and financial technology in capital markets and publishing research reports on the subject.
- Collecting, producing, analyzing and publishing periodic reports and statistical information and data regarding the transactions and activities of crowdfunding platforms and crypto asset service providers, as well as the digital services of Association members.
- Establishing professional and ethical standards for crypto and crowdfunding platforms.
- Preparing various announcements and explanatory texts to raise investor awareness about risks.
- Forming working groups and developing opinions and suggestions on sub-regulations within the framework of assignments from regulatory authorities.
- Producing reports that may be required by official bodies and sharing the results with the relevant authorities.
- Developing projects that support the needs and transformation of the sector by enhancing cooperation between public institutions, universities, and non-governmental organizations alongside capital market institutions to establish a digital transformation ecosystem.
- Conducting research to identify the needs and challenges of the sector related to fintech and digital transformation and developing solutions.
- Managing relations with relevant international organizations and institutions to which the Association is a member.
Human Resources, Administrative and Financial Affairs Department
- Manages the administrative, accounting and employment operations of the Association.
- Follows the payment of membership fees.
- Handles communication with the third parties.
Information Technologies and Data Management Department
- Develops the information technology strategies of the Association.
- Plans and implements the strategies.
Legal Affairs Department
- Provides legal advice to other departments, General Secretariat and the Board of Directors.
- Conducts legal investigations about the applications and complaints made to the Association.
- Proposes changes in the existing or draft regulations.
- Prepares the regulations of the Association.
- Keeps records of disciplinary actions against members.
- Assists in the resolution of disputes.
- Monitors professional, administrative and legal developments.
- Identifies the problems of the capital markets and offers solutions.
Membership Affairs Department
- Examines applications for memberships.
- Provides advice to the Association for members who fail to maintain compliance with membership requirements.
- Keeps detailed records of members and updates if necessary.
- Keeps detailed records of disciplinary actions regarding members.
- Provides advice on annual membership fees and assists General Secretariat.
Research and Statistics Department
- Conducts research for the development of the capital markets.
- Gathers data on members and publishes periodical statistics.
- Follows the developments in international capital markets and informs its members.
- Represents the Association at national and international institutions.
- Coordinates the Association’s international relations.
- Identifies the problems of the capital markets and offers solutions.
Sustainable Finance Department
- Monitoring national and international developments in sustainability in capital markets, conducting sectoral observations, research, and publishing research reports and articles on the subject, as well as developing various projects.
- Collecting statistical information and data on the reports published by members regarding ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) performance, impact investment, green debt issuances and sustainability regulations, monitoring sustainability practices, conducting surveys if necessary, analyzing results and publishing findings.
- Producing reports that may be required by official bodies and sharing the results with the relevant authorities.
