The 20th Ordinary General Meeting was held on 3 September 2020 with the participation of Prof. Dr. Göksel Aşan, President, Presidency of the Repuclic of Turkey Finance Office; Ali Fuat Taşkesenlioğlu, Chairman, Capital Markets Board of Turkey; Prof. Dr. Erişah Arıcan, Chairperson, Borsa Istanbul; M. Hakan Atilla, CEO, Member and Acting Chairperson, Borsa Istanbul at the time. The opening speeches were delivered by Alp Keler, Ph.D., CFA President of TCMA and Ali Fuat Taşkesenlioğlu President of the Capital Markets Board. After the opening speeches, the meeting agenda was discussed, and elections were held for members’ seat on the Board of Directors and Board of Auditors, whose terms of office expired as per the Association’s Statute. At the Board of Directors meeting, Tevfik Eraslan and İbrahim Halil Öztop have been elected as the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Association, respectively.
